The PowerBeats Pro left ear replacement will come in Refurbished (Good) condition. This product is thoroughly tested and sanitized by our team but will have light scratches or very minor dings on the housing of the earbud, which does not affect performance.

Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

    Better than nothing

    At first, the earbud didn't want to connect to my phone and I had a bit of an issue getting it to connect but it was eventually resolved. For some odd reason, the silicone earpiece is always making my ear itchy and tickle even when I switch it to the other bud but that isn't the main problem. When the left earbud gets to 50%, it immediately dies and disconnects from my phone and I have to put it back in the case and take it back out when this happens to get it to connect again. It'll occur a few more times before it actually dies. Why does this happen and is there a way to fix it? The earbud itself arrived in perfect condition, I wasn't even able to tell it was used but I just want to be able to listen to music uninterrupted.

    Chronic ear bud loser

    I always lose one ear bud, it took some work to get it to pair with my case and original right ear bud but we’re up and running
