Free shipping on every domestic order.
All US orders over $10 ship free. Orders placed before 11AM PST on business days ship the same day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Same-day shipping cutoff: Orders placed before 11AM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 11AM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Good to know
PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS standard shipping. Express shipping is not available to these addresses.
Tracking on every order
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Standard orders typically show movement within 1 business day of shipment.
Pairing instructions included
Every order includes a printed slip with a QR code linking to your device's pairing guide — so you can get set up the moment your package arrives.
Package Protection
Optional Package Protection is available at checkout. This is the only way to receive a replacement for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. It cannot be added after an order is placed.

Duties are prepaid — no surprise charges at delivery. International orders placed before 12PM PST on business days ship same day. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
