Delete the pairing information for the earbuds from the connected device and then pair them again. When the charging case's remaining battery charge is insufficient, the earbuds will not start initializing. Place the earbud headphones in the charging case. Note: Leave the charging case lid open.
Press and hold the initialize button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds or more. Hint: The indicator on the charging case repeatedly flashes blue twice in a row, and then the indicator starts flashing orange.
Release your finger within 5 seconds after the indicator on the charging case starts flashing orange. Hint: When the initializing is complete, the indicator on the charging case

Arrived as expected. Earbud itself works well, it’s a genuine sony WF XM5. To whoever is buying please make sure you check your current earbud’s firmware. A mismatch firmware won’t work!
