This worked perfectly. I am thrilled that I could still use my existing AirPod and charging case by simply purchasing one replacement AirPod! There is just so much less waste by going this route. And I saved money. Thank you so much for providing this service!

Success - replacement Airpod is perfect
Definitely the right option for me - $40 here or $89 for a new one from Apple. Works perfectly. Had to do a factory reset (15-sec button hold) with both Airpods in the charging case to get them to connect to my phone, but that was it, and now everything is working great.

Replacement AirPod left ear
The first replacement I received was defective, after contacting the team a new return label was created. They promptly sent a replacement. No issues with the replacement. Very happy with the results.
