I ordered one ear piece only, sice the other one was working perfectly.
I followed pairing instructions. It paired with my phone. However, i was expecting both ears (my existing left one and the new right one) connected each other as one system. I've got only the new one connected and recognized by the phone app. I asked for support and had an "we can't help you... take your product to a technician" answer. I struggled with internet tips, and eventually suceeded after 3 days. Now, i believe it's due to the old broken earpiece to be interfering (from the trash bin, 50ft far from my desk).... when its battery run out, the app finnaly recognized both as one system. So, the advice would be simple: destruct the old earpiece before synching.

I ordered a replacement right ear bud but when I received it I could not get it to pair I contacted re-cell and they expedited another to me. I didn't have to wait until my return made it to them or pay full price for replacement up front. Great experience.
