It was so quick and easy to get this replacement bud. At first it was giving me trouble. The replacement would connect but the original one would disconnect. They wouldn't play at the same time. So, I reset the buds, unpaired it from my phone, & let them be in the case for a few hours. Afterwards I reconnected it to the phone and it worked perfectly. Now they're both working like original parts
