Replacement works great!
I purchased a replacement charging case for my beats pro ear buds. Initially, the company sent the wrong product. I really wanted the correct product the first time, but the exchange was not too hasslesome. I returned the wrong product in the mail on on 3/12 and received the correct product on 3/18.
It was in the condition stated. I'm enjoying using the product and it works just as expected! I really appreciate that I am giving reuse to a product at a fair price. This is the kind of company I want to do well.

Works perfectly, even at the lowest refurbished pricing
I lost my case but somehow still had my earbuds. Chose a different color than my original buds for fun. Saved me from buying another $200 pair
