The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

Airpods Pro 2 USB-C and lightning Airpods are cosmetically identical. However, they are not cross-compatible. Ensure your model numbers match A2699, A2700 or A2698 to ensure they are compatible. If you don't match these model numbers with your device, you will receive a mismatch error and they will not pair!
You may have debris blocking the contacts inside your charging case. You can attempt to clean the case and also perform a factory reset by placing both AirPods inside the case with the lid open and holding the setup button for 15 seconds.

I lost an AirPod Pro 2nd gen for my left ear and ordered a replacement on Re-cell. Unfortunately they sent me one for my right ear. Customer support was apologetic and shipped me the correct product promptly. The product seems to work as well as the old one so when they marked it as “fair” condition I think they were being a bit conservative. I would use Re-cell again.
