Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

I honestly didn't know if this was legit supplier or not, but I needed a case immediately as my headphones had died with no way to charge. The case was received well before originally expected. Yes I’m a real person!! I’ve owned the Powerbeats pro case for maybe a week or little less. I ordered one in “good” condition so it has some scratches but that’s a non issue for me and so far it works just fine and hasn’t had any charging or connection issues. Glad I finally ordered it after debating on it for months!
